Brand History
What the name means
Yachts and Boats — reflecting a commitment to simplifying vessel ownership and operations. The initials also carry the name of founder Yandri Brito, a professional yacht captain with hands-on experience managing high-value vessels across international waters.
The Problem We Saw
After years in the industry, Yandri saw the same problem everywhere: owners overwhelmed, captains overloaded, and operations managed through scattered spreadsheets, emails, and paperwork. The lack of structure created stress, inefficiency, and unnecessary costs.
